Hey I've bought contact lenses online, found this place, they had great promotions so I got them there, this is my first time buying something over the Internet. So I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this: I have been wearing contacts for a few months now and I feel a lot more layed back, relaxed, outgoing, funny and creative etc...
I've always noticed that when I wore glasses I felt more anxious, tend to over think things, and just generally feel... different... it is sort of hard to explain, maybe it was because of the thought of being laughed at when I was in school. I remember other kids laughing at me because of my glasses, I guess they gave me a funny look.
I mean it’s not THAT bad but I like the way I think and feel more wearing contact lenses than with glasses.
Anyways if anyone else experiences this or any other type of situation that bring up anxiety symptoms please share them.

Totally makes sense. Your not straining to see things now. Less strain = less stress.
A few months ago, you received an invitation from us to participate in a study about mental health and blogging habits as part of a research project conducted by Professor Yifeng Hu in the Communication Studies department at The College of New Jersey. We are still seeking mental health blog authors to complete our study and would appreciate your participation!
We want to know more about your blogging behavior and your perception
towards blogging. Participating in the study might help you better
understand your attitude towards blogging and your blogging behavior. The study will likely have practical implications in improving mental health services.
Your data will be stored in the principal investigator’s computer with identifiers removed. In fact, we do not collect participants’ identifications. The only information that may link the participant to his/her data is the email address that the participant chooses to provide in order to obtain the gift card. But this information is strictly used for incentives. Once obtained, we will separate the email address from the data.
We appreciate your time and help with our study and as a thank you for participating you will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift card. If you are interested, please respond to mhblog@tcnj.edu and be sure to include a link to the home page of your blog as well as your preferred contact email address. The survey will be sent to you via email within the next few days. Thank you in advance for your participation! Please feel free to contact Professor Hu if you have any questions. Her phone number is 609-771-2373.
I had a period where contacts made me more relaxed. Back in first grade one of my eyes was so bad I had to wear an eye patch on the other to help strengthen it. Being a kid with an eyepatch was not a good thing, then following that I had glasses with one thick lens to make my eyes look different sizes, so after that contacts were a godsend. But now I like glasses, they tint in sunlight for a cool look when I'm outside and they're Emporio Armani so they look stylish any time too.
